| 1. | Racism, Sexism, Homophobia and abusive language will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

| 2. | Griefing/bashing, such as repeatedly (more than 10 attacks per day) attacking a player when there is nothing(no materials) to be gained from the attack, is prohibited.

| 3. | Deliberately attempting to gain an advantage though exploiting bugs in the game will result in a ban.

| 4. | Account sharing (allowing other people to play with your account when you are offline) is not allowed.

| 5. | Players may have up to three accounts, provided they are played separately and are not "combined". Using multiple accounts to attack a player will be considered "griefing" and will not be tolerated.

| 6. | Moderators and Admins reserve the right to ban players at any time for abuse of these rules. If you are unsure if what you are doing is allowed, ask a moderator.

| 7. | Remember this is YOUR game and YOUR community, so try to make it the very best it can be and HAVE FUN!!

| 8. | In-game advertising, such as using player, clan or ship names to advertise, is prohibited.
|
| 9. | UniverseGenesis player game accounts and in-game items (materials, creators, weapons, modules, etc) may NOT be sold/traded outside of the game marketplace. If you are caught doing this, you may be banned from the game and your account terminated.

| 10. | If new feature is not good/well balanced and you start to massively use it to gain huge progress then this might be considered as an exploit. Yet you won`t be banned since it is UGbug but some of your progress might be returned to the state that it was before the new version.

| 11. | Looking into game code (even client parts that are visible) may result in material/kit loss (or in some harder cases you may even be banned).
|
| 12. | Anything that is said derogatory toward another player is not allowed in chat and neither are cussing and flaming. There is no need for a player to be abused, we aren`t barbarians after all, but space pilots and we have to adhere to certain rules. If you are civil in chat and messages, then there shall be no problems, but if you break these rules, rest assured that you will receive a chat ban and if the problem persists, we may ban you completely from the game.

| 13. | Players who are banned for a breach of these rules will not receive a refund for any blacks purchased.
